“Hanna is AMAZING. As first time puppy owners, we were overwhelmed with just dealing with day to day training needs. Thor is a great dog to begin with, but as his owners, we needed to understand Thor's needs in order to help him grow into an even better dog. We were having a few issues with him not liking his crate, and we were unable to leave him alone at home without barking for hours. Enter Hanna. Thor went to Board and Train for three weeks. She taught him how to love his crate, and taught us how to be proficient leaders for Thor. Thor came back a different dog (in a good way!). He relaxes a lot more, looks to us for guidance, and is building a solid foundation with us every single day. We cannot be happier with Hanna's guidance. She is patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. She shows GENUINE care for Thor and us, and is always available for support. We've had a few follow ups with her already, and every time we meet, Thor becomes better and better. We cannot recommend Hanna enough to anyone and everyone who really wants to understand their dog. She's amazing at what she does! (oh, and she has a super cute pack to boot! Thor learned so much from her pack as well!)”

When I first reached out to Hanna we were frustrated with Roxie’s pulling, reactivity, and separation anxiety. Hanna helped us understand why Roxie felt the need to do these “unwanted behaviours” and what we needed to do to change them. We worked with Hanna on leash work, crate training, and proper socialization. We also boarded Roxie with Hanna while moving and I know she had the best time with her pack.
